Could you be our next Sales Ledger Clerk to join our busy finance team at head office based in the heart of Salisbury.
A Sales Ledger Clerk at Five Rivers Child Care is a varied and busy role, you will be responsible for generating sales reports, sales invoices, sales credits, posting of cash receipts, invoice query resolution, petty cash reconciliations and support to credit control. This role will also require you to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Working at head office you have the flexibility of working in the office for five days per week or take advantage of our flexible hybrid working with two days in the office and three days working remotely from home.
This is a full-time role for 37 hours per week, 9am -17:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am - 16:30pm on Fridays

For this role you will need to have the following.
- Knowledge of Sage financials is preferable.
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent with a grade C or above in Maths and English.
- IT literate - with a sound knowledge of excel.
- Good Analytical Skills.

- Ability to work on own initiative when needed.
- Ability to look for improvements in methods.
