Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily activities of the Bodyshop, coordinating workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity.

- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising on quality.

- Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role , with a track record of success.

- A thorough understanding of Bodyshop processes, including estimating and insurance company procedures.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
