JOB DESCRIPTION We're looking for you!The position is open at all our offices located in the UK. Your Role A national role contributing to the turnover growth of the UK branches. You will be responsible for customer retention, customer development and acquisition of new customers across defined business fields / transport modes. Furthermore, you will ensure communication and interaction between the customer and the relevant departments of the KN organisation, promoting products and customer care. Your Responsibilities To generate new Export business opportunities with a clear focus on the export SME sectorExecute cold calls to potential customers from your target customer list to acquire new business as well as onboarding calls with new customers regarding fulfilment of volume and quality agreementsTo initiate the on-boarding process in alignment with the Sales and Customer Care ManagerTo take pricing decision in alignment with TradeCreate, send and follow-up on proposals and presentations to customersTo prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customersAnalyse customers‘ needs and potential and conclude necessary steps and actions to gain business growth Your Skills and Experiences Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar roleKnowledge of sales processes and customer retention / customer careExperience of working/managing existing Customer portfolios/pipelineStrong customer and solution orientationKeen to work in teams, strong willed and target orientedExperience in MS Office and CRM SystemStrong communication skills Good Reasons to Join If you would like to become a valued member of our team, we will make sure that you’re rewarded for your commitment and expertise.
