Recruitment Resourcer

TeacherActive Cardiff is expanding, and exciting new opportunities have become available for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team of passionate recruitment professionals!

Recruitment experience is not required. We’re looking for people who are confident, great communicators and have a lot of ambition. You’ll need to show resilience and be a team player.

Responsibilities :

• Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they look for
• Screening applicants on the phone
• You will assist in filling vacancies

Salary Expectations

£21,000 plus Commission and a extra £500 upon passing probation period
