Senior Business Analyst

Even during these unprecedented times, my client, a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual". As we move forward they have introduced a new flexible working programme where you only be required to work in the office a number of days a month, with the rest seeing you working remotely from home.

Due to ongoing business developments they are now seeking an additional Senior Business Analyst within their UK Regulatory Change Team that manages regulatory change and continues to drive strategic plans and responds to the changing regulatory environment,strengthen controls and simplify the operating model.

You will play a key role in primarily supporting key regulatory initiatives, where responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Business Analysis, where you will work with the respective Programme Managers and lead the analysis of requirements by project.
• Support the production and timely distribution of project documentation including status reports defined by the project.
• Working within the Business Change team, interacting across global business channels and functions
• Provide detailed process analysis and documentation, utilising Visio and process design templates
• Conduct business impact analysis, formulating proposal level work estimates and schedules and contribute to cost/benefit analysis in order to assist compilation of the project Business
• Produce and manage plans and timelines associated with the analysis of the programme, utilising MS Project/Excel
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops including interviews with stakeholders
• Participate and where necessary lead the requirement gathering from change SMEs as well as third party suppliers
• Support the development and roll out of global operational readiness plans
• Be the domain expert during delivery to help decision making in support of the wider delivery team

As someone with strong analytical and problem solving skills, gained working on large and complex strategic change programmes in the financial services industry, your experience will also ideally include regulatory initiatives and demonstrable project andprocess expertise or experience working directly as process analyst/Business analyst
