Customer/retail experience would be preferred in the vaping industry, but not essential as full training will be given.
This job is a part-time role covering 16 Hours Per week day can and will varery.
As our Sales Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they are looking to start their journey in smoking cessation or want to experience the wide range of products that we offer. The key to our success is a combination of our team offering outstanding customer service, our product knowledge and our commitment of delivering only the highest quality products. We believe in providing each customer with a personalised service, tailored to their requirements, getting to know their preferences and being by their side every step of their journey.
The role includes:
- Serving customers.
- Social media understanding
- Assisting customers with selecting the right products.
- Assisting customers with any queries.
- Restocking.
- General cleaning.
- Helping with any deliveries.
- Opening/closing the shop
The right person will be:
- Over 18.
- Have an interest in vapes
- Energetic and a peoples person aiming to deliver the highest standard of service to every customer
- Good hygiene and presentation
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate our products
- Able to work to instruction
- A quick learner.
- Reliable.
- Motivated.
- Able to work on own initiative.

We need an energetic and trustworthy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within our tight-nit community. A team player as well as being able to work on your own with the ability to create innovative ways of driving sales and promoting the company both in store and on social media.
Job Type : Part-time Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary : £7.49-£10.50 per hour
