Please find below further details with regards to the position.Role: Housing Management LawyerRate: £50 - £60 an hour UmbrellaLocation: Newcastle (Hybrid role)Contract Length: 3 months on goingResponsibilities:Provide expert legal advice to housing associations, landlords, property management companies, and local authorities on a range of housing management issues.Draft and review legal documents, including tenancy agreements, notices, court forms, and other housing-related documents.Handle your own House Management Caseload from start to completion.About you:A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 Years PQE in Housing law.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Good understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and property management.Benefits:Weekly payHybrid WorkingFlexible HoursWe also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
