Business Support Coordinator

The Role : The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for providing general business support to the Q Leadership Team.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide general day to day administration support for the team
  • Arrange hotel & travel bookings for the Q leadership team as requested
  • Collate expenses for the Q leadership team
  • Act as the on-site Health & Safety representative for the Chelmsford office
  • Participate in projects delegated by the Q leadership team
  • Attend Q Leadership meetings as required as minute taker and collate actions and follow up
  • Update Q structure charts on a monthly basis
  • Ensure meeting rooms are maintained properly
  • Collate stationery orders, maintaining stationery levels for the office

Experience : Essential - :

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Accuracy
  • Numerate

Desirable - :

  • Health & Safety Regulations
