Automotive Service Advisor

Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established Dealer Group who have a requirement for a Service Advisor to join their busy volume franchise dealership in Stoke on Trent. The role involves booking in vehicles which are due in for maintenance organising the paperwork and coordinating with the Department Manager for the work to be carried out. Upselling is a large part of a service advisors role and makes up a significant proportion of the commission along with customer service related targets. Requirements Ideally you will have experience of working at an automotive dealerships front desk and have a "customer first" mindset. If you are a confident organised and well presented individual and have the ability to quickly engage with customers you will be successful in this role. Benefits A service advisor in this business can expect a 28000 basic salary and an OTE potential in excess of 30k as well as a host of other benefits.
