Office Admin

Our client a leading employer who due to increase work demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business - such as Accounts, Business and Operations.

Job duties

  • General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence.
  • Setting up Excel spreadsheets, reports, and pivot tables for analysis
  • Maintaining records on excel and sharepoint.
  • General finance administration.
  • Keeping and maintaining records for Operational Program.
  • Obtaining quotations
  • Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences and any internal or external events. Ensuring catering arrangements and equipment bookings are in place
  • To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft office packages ideally excel
  • Previous experience within an Admin function

Salary : £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
