The Role : The Trade Counter Assistant will be expected to provide a first-class customer experience to all customers, exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. You will also provide quotes, pricing and sell merchandise.
Working Hours :
- 45 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm plus alternative Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
Salary : £24,800 per annum
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Literate and numerate
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Flexible to work with rapidly changing priorities
- Ideally has experience working withing a builder's merchants or similar environment.
