About the Students You will support children with specific SEN diagnoses, including Autism, Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) issues, various Learning Difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will involve assisting with daily classroom activities and providing 1:1 support to create a positive learning environment. Role Responsibilities Classroom Support: Assist teachers in the classroom, providing 1:1 or small group support to students. Behaviour Management: Monitor and manage student behaviour effectively. Student Engagement: Engage and motivate students in their learning journey. Ideal Candidate We are seeking individuals who: Have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) (preferred). Possess excellent communication skills. Are passionate about education and creating a supportive learning environment. Can effectively engage and motivate students. Have the ability to manage classroom behaviour.
