If so, a special needs school in Gateshead are looking for just that! This school is built around supporting the needs of children with MLD (moderate learning difficulties).

The Role includes:

• Working on a supply basis across 5 days a week and being available for at least 3 days. You would be working with students with SEN needs. group work and on a 1:1 basis to help improve engagement, interaction and raise attainment
• Learning and developing your LSA skills
• Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried out at school is continued at home
• A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children
