Talent Attraction Specialist You will play a pivotal role in identifyingand engaging the best talent for our rapidly growing teams.If you are passionate about recruitment enjoy marketing andbuilding networks and have a knack for sourcing toptier candidates this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop and implement innovative strategies to attract talent. Your efforts will not only ensure an excellent pipeline of candidates for current needs but also build talent pools for future hardtofill roles. Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include: Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn job boards Xray searching and networking to identify and engage candidates for specialized roles. Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain talent pools for hardtofill positions ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Employer Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our employer brand develop compelling job advertisements and create engaging content to attract top talent. Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial assessments with candidates to evaluate their fit for specific roles and ensure a smooth transition to the interview stage. In the first 30/60/90 days the youwill need to: 30 days : Gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys roles and hiring needs familiarize with employer brand sourcing tools and start identifying potential candidates. 60 days : Develop and implement talent attraction strategies for hardtofill roles Sourcing talent to create talent pools and improve advertising and employer branding efforts. 90 days and beyond : Establish in flow of qualified candidates refine sourcing techniques and employer brand strategy and collaborate effectively with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers. You dont have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role: Proven experience in sourcing talent within highly competitive markets particularly in technology and engineering sectors. Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn job boards social media Xray searching). Good understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing. Excellent communication interpersonal and research skills. Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking and problemsolving skills. Grow together with us You may know some of this already if notyou will learn and use the following: Knowledge of the robotics software subsea or marine industries. Recruiting in multiple geographies. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) we use Teamtailor Executive search marketing or content creation.
