Arabic Speaking PA – Hammersmith – £30,000

My client, a luxury property investment & development firm with a portfolio across Europe, The Middle East, Africa and the Americas, are seeking an Arabic Speaking Personal Assistant to the Senior Director.

Duties:

  • Serve as first point of contact and gatekeeper to the Director
  • Diary / Travel / Expense management and chase management of important tasks and deadlines
  • Attend board meetings with management, take minutes and distribute information
  • Prepare and review months reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Database management and filing documents
  • Proofread and translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
  • Work closely with the manager to ensure the business complies with legislation and regulations
  • Support the Director with UK project management ensuring deadlines are met


Experience Required:

  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English
  • Experience in an administrative / PA role
  • Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, proactive and organised
  • Highly adaptable and ability to work in a fast paced environment


Hours: Office Based Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm

Salary: £30,000
