You will ensure all bookings are suitably recorded and all requirements provided for each event. You will ensure that all areas of personal responsibility are adapted to ADSL QHSE policies and procedures. You will provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of AV equipment. You will provide Front of House services, resources and guidance where required to users of the facility. You will maintain the security of Tidworth Garrison Theatre and its equipment. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: A working knowledge of Microsoft office packages including PowerPoint. Experience: It’s desirable to have conference management experience, video conferencing set up and a background knowledge of Health and Safety. Skills: A strong skill set involving the ability to foresee potential issues and enhance control measures, the ability to manage time effectively and a technical knowledge of AV equipment is required for this role.
