About The Role : APPRENTICE SITE ADMINISTRATOR - Permanent Opportunity

DIVISION: Building

LOCATION: Belfast

Due to a period of continued growth, we are looking to add an enthusiastic Trainee Site Administrator to our Building team in Belfast.

The apprenticeship is open to those aged 16 -24 years who have attained the minimum school leaving age in Northern Ireland.

Typical duties will include:

  • Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing

  • Management of hospitality for meetings as required.

  • Maintain filing and administrative systems operating in the project

  • Using in-house data management systems (Sharepoint) to file all site paperwork

  • Photocopying & filing

  • Typing as and when required

  • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from the Site Management Team

  • Person Specification:

  • Essential

  • Willingness to learn - no experience necessary all training will be provided

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Possess good IT skills

  • Be a good team player

Qualifications

  • This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Apprentice Site Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken.
