We are now recruiting for a Site Administrator based at our Wolverhampton Great Bear site on a full time, permanent basis.

Shift : Monday to Friday - 07:00-15:00

Salary : £19,032

The purpose of the role is to work alongside a team of site Administrators and you will be responsible for provision of Administrative support and creation of accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines and contributing to the overall success ofthe site.

• Ensuring delivery schedules are achieved by supporting drivers with delivery issues, contacting delivery points etc.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
• General site administration from Booking meeting rooms, ordering office stationery, general data entry and maintaining office files.
• Providing administrative support to senior management.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills
• Able to make decisions under pressure, and to a tight timescale
• Able to communicate well at all levels within the business
• Able to work confidentially and with sensitive information
• PC Literate in Microsoft Office and excel.
• Able to work under pressure.
