My client is a brand-new exciting project opening in one of the leading retail spots in Birmingham and are looking for a new passionate and talented Head Chef to lead their kitchen team to bring a new taste to the venue. The duties and responsibilities of the Head Chef will be: Creating a new mixed middle eastern menu that excites their visitors. Cooking and presenting high end dishes, with brilliant presentation and taste. Recruiting, training and guiding the kitchen team, helping them grow professionally and personally. Ensuring all food safety and health and safety is kept to the highest standard.   The ideal Head Chef will: Have experience in leading a kitchen in a Head Chef position. Be experienced working in a fine dining establishment. Be confident in their ability to refine flavours, with an emphasis on sauces.
