IFA Administrator Based Crawley Salary up to £30,000

Overview Our client is now looking for an enthusiastic and organised IFA Administrator to join their team. You will be working for a Chartered, Independent IFA and joining a company with established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the IFA Advisers
  • Prepare client files and other documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Handle client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on financial matters
  • Gather and process information for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and events
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education and Experience :

  • At least 1 year of experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role

Working Hours : This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Application Process : Salary : £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
