An average day as Aftersales Recall Advisor

You will communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding outstanding recalls and make the required arrangements for these to be carried out ensuring the customers safety.

  • You will produce detailed reports using manufacturer-based systems and communicate your findings to the senior management.
  • You will carry out data cleansing tasks to ensure our customer CRM database is accurate and effective.
  • You will work with colleagues to carry out detailed accurate reviews on our increasing site based to ensure best practice is adhered and produce accurate reports for the senior management.
  • Follow up customers after their visit to ensure the highest customer service was delivered.
