Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Salary: circa £28,000 p.a. + Excellent Benefits

The Role : An excellent opportunity for a Deputy Manager with experience in childcare to join a high-quality Ofsted registered childcare provider. Salary circa £28,000 plus excellent benefits and career progression. An exciting and rare opportunity to challenge,to show advocacy, to thrive in personal growth in a new career path. This will be a dual role between Head Office in Old Windsor and on-site childcare in Weybridge for the first 6 months.

Duties :

  • You will assist the General Manager in overseeing and being accountable for all childcare business units.
  • You will ensure successful onboarding within the company and demonstrate a genuine passion for providing first-class standards in early years care, teaching, and learning.

What we are looking for :

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification or above (NNEB, Diploma NVQ or equivalent)
  • You will be a charismatic individual with previous experience of working across multi-site childcare environments and possesses strong business acumen.
  • You will be passionate and proactive about multiactivity childcare provisions to deliver quality outcomes and promote the values by adopting consistently high standards of professionalism.
  • Develop propositions that are central to future offering, drive the future growth and increase the brand position and reputation in the childcare sector.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices, including budgets, P&L and reporting would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for providing first-class standards in EY care, teaching, and learning. Ofsted and EYFS competent.
  • Introduce innovative solutions to enable us to grow and achieve its mission to inspire best in class childcare provisions.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a positive attitude that brings creative and innovative ideas and understands how to execute them.
  • Excellent project management skills, to ensure tasks are completed within budget and timescale.
