Working for a lovely company based in Thornbury we are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work 37.5 hours per week. This role offers hybrid working and you can work 2-3 days at home.

Duties : Assist the CEO and Registered Manager in ensuring that support and care services to service users are delivered in accordance with the ethos, policies and procedures of the organisation and the requirements of the funders and regulators.

  1. Administer accurate staffing rotas for support provision and external activities as required, taking into account funding levels and appropriate levels of support, reflecting a high level of organisational understanding and effective communication skills.
  2. Work with the Registered Manager, Team Leaders and Service Users to administer the system of needs assessment, support planning and risk assessment, and assist service users and staff to prepare and maintain written plans and assessments that meet the required standards.
  3. Co-ordinate in consultation with the CEO and Registered Manager, the preparatory work required for service users’ reviews and support senior support staff to follow up the outcomes of reviews.
  4. Work in consultation with the CEO and Registered Manager to ensure that funding levels are appropriate to the care and support of each service user.
  5. Assist with the establishment and maintenance of internal records and databases/spreadsheets as required and coordinating the participation of staff in the collection and recording of relevant information, assisting with any audit requirements as directed by the CEO and Registered Manager.
  6. Where appropriate supervise support staff ensuring that they are fulfilling the required aspects of their role. Skills and knowledge Good computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
