We have further grown our expert disciplines and offerings with key acquisitions of specialist businesses, such as ACL, BBC Fire & Security, FAFS Fire & Security, FSE Fire & Security, Island Fire Protection, Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, Morgan Fire Protection and Hadrian Technology to name a few.

We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to play an essential role in providing an effective and professional service to all our Marlowe Fire & Security Customers, acting as a point of contact for existing and new Contract Sales. Providingexcellent Customer Service as an administrative support for both internal & external customers. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction to support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The role will involve, but not be limited to:

• Call handling
• Compilation of handover / O&M project folders
• Creating and maintaining store maps
• General administration duties to support management team
• Proactive approach to management of workload
• Effective communication with internal and external customers
