Details of the Administrator role :

  • £18000 - £20000 per annum, DOE
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • 9AM - 5.30PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the Administrator :

  • Contacting clients for any missing information, ensuring it is received and processed within the set timeframes.
  • Processing customer details on a bespoke database.
  • Answering customer queries in a timely fashion.
  • Managing your own workload ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements to be successful for the Administrator role :

  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy when processing data.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A calm, focused, and positive demeanour.
  • Must be a team player.
