Main duites

  • To deal with all internal and external visitors and telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Booking in Engineering Call Outs
  • Ensure that all correspondence and enquiries receive a friendly and professional reply in a timely manner
  • Ensure confidentiality of all correspondence
  • Issuing confidential paperwork

TECHNICAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

  • Have at least 5 GCSE (A-C) or equivalent including English and Mathematics
  • Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - this is essential
  • Appropriate and relevant experience in Administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and recognise the priorities in the workload of others
  • Promote a "can do" attitude
