Part Time Floor Staff

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Floor Staff. As a Floor Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for each guest - Assist with food preparation and catering tasks as needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service Experience: - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred - Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus - Familiarity with food preparation and handling procedures is beneficial - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
