We are seeking Administrators to join our client, an ambitious, forward-thinking supplier of insurance, telecoms, fuel cards, vehicle tracking and other key business services to companies of all sizes worldwide.

In this role, you'll join the Fleet Department and assist in the administration and coordination of our client's fleet of vehicles, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations.

Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Ensuring high level of data integrity on our fleet management platforms
  • Processing penalty charge notices
  • Processing data within the organisation
  • Liaising with departments and locations to facilitate the smooth running of the fleet and the organisation
  • Assisting clients with their queries
  • Any other duties as required by the business

The hours for this position are 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Skills and Experience

  • A desire to deliver excellent service
  • Self-starting and able to be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to capture data, recording and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • GCSE Grades 4 / C or above in English, Mathematics. High level of computer literacy
