Assistant Valuation Surveyor

A west end Chartered Surveying practice are actively seeking an Assistant Valuation Surveyor to join their busy Valuations department in London.

The successful Assistant Valuation Surveyor's role

The Assistant Valuation Surveyor would be joining a well-established practice with a very well structured APC programme that covers all asset classes from Residential to commercial property. The programme is for two years with the ability to become MRICSqualified.

The successful Assistant Valuation Surveyor shall be working across both Residential and Commercial projects alongside the Partners and a team of personable, MRICS Valuation Surveyors.

The Assistant Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold

  • Minimum of 6 months Surveying experience in the UK
  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • Able to commute into London
  • Eager to achieve MRICS
